Energy/Power Recycling Battery Discharger?

I am looking for 220V or 230V Energy/Power Recycling Battery Discharger, made in the US or Europe, that can covert input energy to AC power and recycle it back to the mains. Does anyone know if any company selling or manufacturing such device? Many Thanks!

Check out companies that sell household solar/wind power systems.  Many of them offer units that connect to the mains via a reversible power meter.

On edit:  Don't even think of connecting an ordinary inverter to the mains!  It will be out of phase with the power company and will blow up!
