Energy bar like in mean girls?

is there a bar similar to the bar used for making the girl and the african kids bigger in real life? im pretty skinney and i want to find a power bar that can make me bigger

Most power bars are high in calories, also drinks such as Ensure are both nutritious and high in calories.  Another idea is to make yourself health shakes.  You can add whole milk, ice cream and fruit to add calories.

Well i know theres no such thing as a kalteen bar and i dont know much about nutrition bars in general but i have heard that it takes FOREVER to see results! so you'd have to eat ALOT and for a LONG time.

    I also hear protein shakes are your best bet for gaining weight in a reasonable amount of time if ur deligent AND excersise. even if all you want is fat and no muscle you'll have to excersise/stay active with all the protein that your body is consuming through the shakes or nothing will happen at all except for bad acne and gas.

they're called "caltine" bars, im pretty sure they're made up for the movie,

but i think protein bars works just fine
