  1. If you insist on having an energy drink, Rock Star the black can, I heard was good.

  2. Vitamin water

  3. energy drinks are a rip off they give you enough energy to breathe and thats it! when im at the gym i just drink water and take a banana or a pack of sweets to keep up my energy. then again if you insist on buying them find ones with the highest sugar content

  4. I wouldn't suggest energy drinks, they are just filled with sugar... I would highly suggest Gatorade.

  5. vitamin water would be the best. or gatorade. sugary energy drinks are expensive and they give you cramps.

  6. Don't drink a lot of caffeine or sucrose, as they will cause you to 'crash'

  7. For energy i can only recomend FRS. Dont drink regular energy drinks they are counter productive. Check the review at http://www.myireviews.com/frs-review . Other then that you should make sure you get enough protein and drink a shake or have a high protein meal right after your workout

  8. Energy drinks are just filled with sugar. Thats what gives you the energy.

Lucozade Sport would be the best. There's a lot to be said though to sticking with good old-fashioned water, to keep yourself hydrated..

  9. You shouldn't drink any energy drinks, they don't really energize you, just give you a sugar high... But if you absolutely need them, get the 5 hour energy shots.

  10. Most energy drinks work by first giving you a boost from sugar then by the time that wears off the caffeine, taurine, B vitamins, and other stimulants take over. But regular ones don't have much more B vitamins then what the caffeine depletes our bodies of and they are needed for energy.

Also because caffeine takes more water to process than energy drinks provide it takes extra water from our bodies. This dehydrates us and this the last thing we want to happen before going to the gym. You need to drink extra water with it. Before a work out I drink an energy drink and 2 glasses of water.

Now, since regular ones don't have enough B vitamins and have too much sugar and calories I use healthy ones. I use XS Energy. Tons of B vitamins, 0 sugar, 0 carbs, 8 calories, and low sodium. They also have 3 caffeine free versions in their line up to make it safer for hot days or exercise.

You will only need 1. Both Red Bull and XS Energy recommend having only 1 to 2 max a day.

They are only available through private distributors and I bet you may know someone that sells them. If so then ask them about them. If not then I can help.

  11. i personally like monster!
