So... I've been told that the red bull, monster and stuff is bad for you and all that. Recently I've been trying to brew my own energy drink that is healthier. Anybody have any ideas? I need something with lots o' cafiene, lots o' sugar, but the ingerdients must be things that I can find around the house.

  1. try chocolate syrup.. it makes a great energy drink and it tastes great.

it contains loads of sugar and will give you an instant burst of energy.....

but don't drink too  much though or you'll make yourself sick.

if the syrup is too intense for you then try lemonade or lime juice. it tastes great, is refreshing and will most certainly give you energy..

  2. The only reason why regular energy drinks are bad for you is because people use more than they should. If used as intended and in moderation they are NOT bad for you.

Red Bull, the largest selling energy drink tells people to have only 1 to 2 a day. Even the 2nd largest selling energy drink in the country, which is the 1st and largest selling healthy energy drink, XS Energy recommends having against having more than 2 in a day.

Now, no need to go threw all of the hastle to brew your own as XS Energy is available. It still has caffeine, tons of B vitamins which are needed for energy, and tuarine which is also good for energy. They have 10 great tasting flavors which along with their 3 caffeine free versions gives them the largest variety on the market. They also have a 100% guarantee. If you don't like it return the rest for free and get a full purchase price back.

These are sold through private distributors only and cannot be found in stores so ask if you are interested.

  3. The best way to give yourself an energy boost safely and naturally is through protein and good carbs.  I'm attaching some links to recepies for smoothies that will give you a boost of energy.  Hope this helps.
