Energy foods for running?

what are good healthy foods that can give me lots of energy for running long distances like for 8 or more miles. also what types of drinks should i drink besides water

    For the drinks....Gatorade!


  2. i have heard pro runners drink a glass of milk before running, this is a simple addition to the carb loading that you may want to do.

  3. Have a banana and some fresh water. It's simple, but it works for me.

  4. Gatorade...Red bull.....Some Milk.......
