  1. bicycle with a generator attached...hook it up to the tv...you wanna watch tv, get on the bike!  free electricity!

    oh...

    eat more protien and take Vitimin C (works for the Wife)...  Protien shake for breakfast...you know...a banana, frozen berries 1C milk and 1 scoop protien powder... really, not kidding...
