Find the intensity of the electromagnetic wave created by the heart. Assuming the heart creates 4.00 mV potential accross 0.300 m of a person's chest creating a 1.00 Hz electromagnetic wave.

    E = V / d = 0.004 V / 0.300 m = 0.013 V/m

    The electromagnetic wave intensity is:

    S = E² / µ₀c

    = ((0.013 V/m)²) / ((4π x 10^-7 Tm/A) x (3.00 x 10^8 m/s))

    = 4.48 x 10^-7 W/m²
