  1. well im 15 and last year 3 weeks befor the end of the yr i started taking energy pills and they made me very shaky and jumpy and it felt like i had to take them every day or i wouldnt be able to work so i felt that they were very addicting and i dont think that they are good for you sometimes it scared me how fast my heart was beating. ill probably will end up taking them next yr to. (FYI)  BUT NO THEY ARENT GOOD FOR YOU ECPECALLY IF YOU TAKE TWO STACKER ENERGYS YOU WILL THROW UP FOR A WEEK OR DIE

  2. Most "energy pills" have a lot of caffeine in them.  They will at the very least  make you "hyper".... Some also have a lot of sugar .   I never had any problem w/ caffeine until I was about 30... Now I avoid caffeine in any form. It makes my heart beat erratically!!!   scares me..... also keeps me awake when I do not want to stay awake.... can also raise ones blood pressure.... So...the question is : How does caffeine affect you?  What medical problems do you have that might be affected adversely by caffeine?      Guarana is another name for caffeine.....  I avoid all of it in any form.   Why do you think you need them?   Have you tried B vitamin complex instead?  THere are some new "energy drinks" out that only hav B vitamins in them. They work well for me.  Good luck.

  3. It's much more effective to eliminate processed sugars and flour from your diet and replace them with naturally healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, and nuts.  I recently did a body cleanse from a kit I bought at GNC and have been eating healthier since then.  I've always snacked on a lot of junk food because I've never had a problem with weight, but since making this change, I have a lot more energy.

  4. depends on what kind they were...most of them are bad for your heart..because they speed it up :(   just don't take em' alot and you'll be fine...

  5. Most of the OTC "energy" pills are high in caffeine.  Caffeine is a stimulant, and belongs to a class of chemicals known as xanthines.  They also tend to have a lot of sugar, which will give you temporary energy by spiking your blood glucose levels. The crash later will make you feel sluggish though

Too much caffeine can raise your blood pressure, make you feel irritable and jittery, interfere with sleep, cause heart rate irregularities.
