tell me some good things i should put i my energy policy such as low taxes on hybrid cars, or anything. im clueless

Make sure your arguments are consistent and that you explain how you'll pay for everything.

Increase wind power nation wide.

Make all cities with a river running thru it use current power.

Use wave power where ever possible.
