I just bought a diamond ring of 1.25 carats, with these characteristics.

Color: I

Clarity: SI

Has a total of 9 diamonds. The center one is 0.40 carat

What is a fair price for it.

they list the diamonds they have in stock by price and other details.  You can type in the qualities of your ring, and get an idea of what they would charge you for the same thing.

Take it to a different jeweler then you bought it from and ask what it is worth.   Maybe even get 2 estimates from 2 different jewelers.
