Engagement party ideas?

I'm having a engagement party next weekend and we are doing a New york theme and we are having different stations which will be Manhattan, Harlem, Coney Island, Little italy, and China town. For coney Island i am doing kind of a carnival theme and i rented a moon bounce for the kids but still need ideas for music and decorations for this station and the other stations please give some suggestion thank you.

Coney Island Carnival:

Circus/Carnival Music...look for a CD in the kids section of the music store or at a party store

Lots of Balloons and streamers!

Popcorn machine, Cotton Candy Machine...

Clowns, face painters, balloon artists, magicians walking around...

Red and white decor with yellow accents...for table linens, plates, etc...

Harlem:  

Jazz music

Vibrant colors in red, orange, etc

Little Italy:

red checkered tablecloths, candles burning in old wine bottles, italian music, etc

China Town:

Red paper lanterns, oriental music, red and gold decor

Cool theme for an engagement party!

Sounds fun...

Manhattan should be elegant, flowers, tables with white linen, champagne or sparkling cider, symphony type music

Harlem - colorful, southern foods, soul music

Coney Island - balloons, face painting , cotton candy, hot dogs and all the fixins, music like from a circus, lemonade

Little Italy - Green, Red & White, crayon drips on wine bottles & put a candle in it, pasta, salad serve red wine of grape juice

China town - Chinese lanterns, chop sticks, fortune cookies with a message saying "Thank for being a part of our special day" name and date

coney island is know for it's hotdogs, funnel cakes, big salted pretzels , you could wrap the dogs in biscuit dough and bake 'em. music, think merry go round, circus type music, go to your local party store for the decor ideas.
