Engagement party in Boston/MA area?

I want to plan an engagement party, something fun and inexpensive in or around Boston or the Worcester area. And ideas?

how big?

look for a venue that has an outdoor area so you can do a cocktail party (so you dont have to pay for a full sit down meal and all the centerpieces etc). Have drinks and apps - hot and cold and a dj so people can dance.
