  2. Assume your asking about english ability and what is required. If you want to study in an English or American Univ. then the accepted level is to complete at IELTS qualification. This is essential to get into some universities or you can do a crash course 8 weeks residential for example at Univ. of Buckingham,UK.

    Have you considered studying on a distance taught course such as the Open University. This is the largest university for part-time study in the UK.

    Studying english is at entry level, then levels 1 or 2 before progressing to a full English GCSE qualification.
