  1. Time to practice your carpentry skills.  Or pay someone else to do it for you.  You can simple use the old one for a template, and cut new wood. Preferrably marine grade plywood. And then take it to an upholsterer to cover it for you.  Or you can simply cover it in marine carpeting to match your interior, the latter being the less expensive option.
