  1. whats up man! I have a ZX3 and it has just abt everything in it except for NOS

Now here are some things u can do that will build some good HP

First of all u will need a better intake, stock is just not that good if u r trying to bulk up, some ppl go with cold air intake but from where most of them go all the way down to ur front bumper ppl choose short ram intakes bc unlike CAI they have a smaller chance of getting wet bc they will stay under the hood and not go all the way down to the bumper. thay cost around $200 and the HP is not that great but the engine will breath better and easier so its worth it.

The headers would be a great idea too, it will be  wonderful idea if u r planning on doing more to the engine, like a supercharger, but if u r planning on having a turbo later on i think u would want to wait bc turbo requires special kind of headers(i think)

Next thing, since u already have the exhaust u can go with a supercharger or a turbo, thats where all the HP comes is from. Turbo will give u a LOT more HP while supercharger is a lot easier to install. With a good turbo set up u can be pushin around 300HP and even over, with a supercharger it will be around 200HP(like me, i have a jackson racing supercharger and a modified crrank pulley) Any of this set ups cost some real money...but it is well worth it, believe me, the car will feel absolutely different after these upgrades. A Jackson racing supercharger can be found for ONLY abt $1000 this days...AMAZING deal, a turbo is abt 2 or 3 K.

The number of things and upgrades u can do to a focus this days is nearly unlimited, i only mentioned a few major ones. i would suggest u a focus forum where u can create a profile and ask ppl questions abt a focus, look at some of the customized foci, ppl there are all cool and would love to help out. Here is a website www.focusfanatics.com

    Good luck

  2. Try www.jetchip.com.  They have ecu upgrades for car.  Not sure what the HP gains are, good luck!

  3. I think you're wasting your time - without a cat, you'll have to prat about refitting one to pass an MOT, apart from the fact that in stock trim, your car produces just 98bhp.

I'm no fan of Fords - I think they're cheap rubbish, but if you like that sort of thing, wouldn't it make more sense to buy an ST170 to start with, you'll also benefit from uprated suspension, steering, brakes, wheels, tyres & trim & be over 70bhp up before you start.

They're not too popular, so are now very cheap - check autotrader for some low mileage ones at very good prices, far below trade values.

If you then spent the same money on the 170, you'd hit 200bhp pretty easily.
