I am really interested in Engineering, I really like bridges and buildings, etc. I want to major in it but i'm average at math. I took Algebra 1 and geometry and got C to C+ in them, took geometry and got a C, took Algebra 2 and got a C+ first semester and a B- Second Semester, took half of Math Analysis Honors (Pre-Calc) and got a C+ and took College Algebra which was one semester and got a B. I plan on asking for lots of help with what I don't understand and study hard...will I make it with this attitude??

  1. Yes, you can!

Although math is very important for engineering, many of the best practical engineers aren't math wizards.   Great math skills make one a good theoretical engineer, but the best engineers don't necessarily have the best math skills.

But.....work as hard as you can in math to understand as much as you can.  In engineering, you will use all kinds of math.
