England captain Andrew Strauss still confident of winning title – ICC World Cup 2011 news
England captain Andrew Strauss was confident that his team could win the ICC World Cup 2011 after they lost to Bangladesh by 2 wickets in a thrilling encounter on Friday.
Even though the English captain claimed to win the tournament, he admitted, “We've put in some very inconsistent performances and still haven't had a game when our batting and bowling fires at the same time - and we need to do that pretty quickly now.”
