On Monday, England grabbed their first win of the three-Test series after humiliating tourists West Indies by five wickets at Lord's, London.
Needing 181 runs to win on the final day, the Poms were put to test by the Windies, who grabbed a couple of wickets, however, Alastair Cook and Ian Bell were in no mood to let the tourists go one up as the two batsmen smashed sensational knocks of 79 and 63 to steer their side to victory.
English pacer, Stuart Broad, gave a performance of the life time as he nabbed eleven wickets and was named as the Player of the Match for his unmatchable bowling superiority.

"I'm bowling about three times a week now at about 80% intensity and building that up and hopefully (I'll have) three weeks of going 100% in the nets before getting over to England," Pattinson told AAP.
The pacer had to cut short his Caribbean tour after injuring his back on the third day of the second Test in Trinidad.
According to the Australian bowler, from Tuesday he will be beginning his training at Australia's Centre of Excellence in Brisbane to accelerate his recovery process.
