  1. yes for now England locking invincible,..

but time will give the proper answer~

  2. you are a bit of a delusional fool in my opinion

  3. HA HA HA HA Good JOKE........

  4. no

  5. NO!. Just look at who the ODI champs are & who is World number 1. Dream on meanwhile.

  6. England team has always been a good team only struggling to make an impact in the international arena but i think now it's time to show some real colors by beating SA comprehensively 5-0. Then i might consider England team is next to Australia, probably head-to-head or slightly ahead of Sri Lanka or India.

  7. England are ******* ****. Come to world cup they'll choke. It's what they're notorious for. The Aussie will retain supremacy.

  8. England indeed is looking like a cohesive and hungry unit under Pietersen. They beat SA two in two; and got them real cheap, less than 100 in match 1 and in 2nd match demolished them again. Because they haven't beaten Australia in two consecutive matches, they are "theoretically" the best ODI team.

I am sorry but I think people who are counting India to be among the top teams are day dreaming. India is currently at No. 5 in the ICC ranking. Jayawardene touched the raw nerve when said that Indians wilt under pressure. How else can you explain their meek surrender in the last ODI?

  9. They are looking good, that's for sure. But almost invincible? Not yet. India and Australia will be lining up against each other soon. Oz also has the Proteas and England next year. India, after Oz have the Kiwis. So it is going to be an interesting next few months.

But I am old fashioned, I do prefer test cricket.

  10. No. No we don't have the best ODI side. Yes, we're beating South Africa, but they're either all crocked or absolutely shattered.

There's no denying that England are playing good cricket at the moment, but we've got a new captain, we want to impress. England have been rubbish at ODIs for a while, with glimpses of promise. Don't get me wrong, not being stuffed is wonderful for once, but on one series - I'm not yet convinced.

I'll judge this ODI side once we get to India, which'll be a real challenge.

  11. One good series, and already people are saying that England has a good ODI team. Why don't you see it against India, SL, and Australia before assessing how good it is?

  12. I Think This time England is not a best ODI team. But this time is golden time to england

  13. India has beaten Australia comprehensively 2-0 in Australia

India has beaten SL comprehensively 3-2 in SL and also in CB series in Aus

both teams were winner and runners up in WC 2007.

SL now explaining clarifications of toss after that defeat, actual reason was inability to play technically against good pacers, i don't belive the reason of loss can be toss because they were not bowled out by spinners, they were mostly bowled out by pace bowlers, so the theory of toss goes NULL and VOID, if the Indian spinners would have taken SL wickets , then they could say this but not with this failure against pacers, their theory fails, India lost the last match due to DW Lewis and irresponsible play !

so India are the best !

  14. yea sometimes they looks best team even in odi or tests they r best it is good i think england is best

  15. No doubt their team is looking great, but thats off the back of a few South African injuries and South Africa never really seemed in the ODI series, not making excuses tho England are looking unbeatable atm

  16. England are the most in-form ODI team in the world.

I think credit has to be given where its due, England have pummelled South Africa in this series, and i believe its because England have been as good as they ever have been in ODI cricket. South Africa havent been upto there usual standards but thats mainly due to the standard that England have been playing.

England has a major advatage over every other ODI team, and that is that England have 4 bowlers who can bowl genuinely fast and can take wickets. No other ODI team has that luxury. If England found a world class spinner (sorry Patel but your not quite there) and if Prior and Bell keep firing at the top of the order then England will be deserving of there no.2 spot.

Dont forget that England have beaten India, Sri Lanka, South Africa and Australia in recent series over the past 2 years.

  17. May be not dude. V've to consider them when they play out of England. Of course i am a fan of Barmy army. Freddie is back. But only one person cannot contribute always. There should be some nice back up by youngsters even when they r playing outside.
