England coach, Andy Flower, is focused on the World Twenty20, as he observes that the team’s series against Pakistan in the ongoing tour in the UAE has enabled the players, especially the younger ones, to gain valuable experience.
"The experience that those guys will have gained in a pressure situation against a very good opposition in these conditions will be absolutely vital to their growth and to our growth as a side," Flower said.

Young newcomer Jonny Bairstow, who made his ODI debut in September 2011, was particularly outstanding, contributing an unbeaten 60 off 46 balls to the total score of 150, and going on to win the Player of the Match award.
