Johnson should be okay, he’s got a chance of being in the Liverpool squad for tonight’s match at Wigan and should play his fair share of games before the end of the season, but Brown’s reported broken foot places Fabio Capello with a problem. If Brown is out, then Capello could turn to veterans like Gary Neville or Jamie Carragher – who would have to come out of international retirement – or look at younger options like Micah Richards.
