Bertrand said while speaking to reporters:
“It's a massive positive having him at Chelsea - and a massive hindrance too I suppose!”
The Blues defender revealed:
“He's definitely right up there - his attitude, the way he goes about training.

He's won the most FA Cups, and a lot of other silverware, and to still have that attitude at his age is fantastic.”

In his five seasons at the club, Cole has made 213 appearances in all competitions for the Blues and has even managed to score six goals.
The 30-year-old has won three FA Cup titles, in 2007, 2009 and 2010, along with a Premier League crown, League Cup and Community Shield, in 2010, 2007 and 2009 respectively.
Bertrand revealed the former Arsenal player had been a great help, he said Cole was very helpful during training. He said:
“He's a brilliant man and a brilliant player to have around to help you with your game.”

He said he felt he could benefit from being out on loan, like his current and former teammates had done recently.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Michael-Mancienne-c25332 were the latest two players to part ways with the London club after extended loan moves.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Daniel-Sturridge-c10076 and Gael Kakuta on the other hand have also been out on loan, and have gained considerably from their respective loan moves to Bolton Wanderers and Fulham.
Bertrand was certain he had gained from being out on loan and expected to have a place waiting for him when he finally returned to Stamford Bridge.
He continued:
“Every player has different paths and mine so far has been out on loan.
You've seen the benefit for Scott [Sinclair]. He's gone up this year with Swansea and it's been fantastic for him.

I'm just concentrating on the near future.”
