England Test skipper, Andrew Strauss, on Monday, hailed http://www.senore.com/Cricket/West-Indies-c760 in the 2nd Test match of the series, played at Trent Bridge, Nottingham.
Bresnan exhibited an all-round performance in the match, notching eight wickets for 141 runs and belting 39 runs with the bat in the first innings, as http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013 cruised to an easy nine-wicket win over the Caribbean contingent.
Acknowledging the value Bresnan brings to the English team with his all-round abilities, Strauss said, “He was fantastic, he proved what a great contributor to the side he is again. In the first innings and the second, he bowled very straight, a good length and got the rewards for that. He chipped in with the bat as well. He is a good all-round cricketer and he certainly showed his worth.”

But you’ve got to give credit to the opposition. Credit to them. They’ve stuck at it very well.”
Strauss also urged his men to keep on the winning path and complete a series clean sweep. The third match will start from Thursday, June 7 and will be played at Edgbaston, Birmingham.
