Are most English people watching this series? I'd like to bet that more people in Pakistan and India are watching this series more than in England. I live in America and I am a Pakistani. I am looking forward to the Odi series of these two nations and am supporting England all the way. The Twenty Twenty match will be good too, when is it by the way????

What are your thoughts of Cricket in England????

Is it as popular as it is in other parts of the World???

What are your thoughts on the current England vs New Zealand Series?????

Would most people know about Cricket if I went up to random people and asked them questions about it, I wouldnt know if they would because, as I said, I live in the U.S.

 1. i reckon there are more people in my house that watch cricket than in the us. loads of english people watch cricket. the stadiums that hold home test matches are usually packed full.

 2. The cricket grounds for test matches have been full for a few years now, they have sold out months before the games take place. The same for the one dayers. I've watched every game so far, though the first ODI I left to go to watch a 20twenty game at Old Trafford as I had tickets for the game, The ground there wasn't full but it was more than half full on a coldish Sunday afternoon (on Father's day) was meant to be a sell out game though. Cricket in England isn't as popular as it is in India or Pakistan but it's popular in the sense that International matches are all sold out months in advance of the games happening, all forms of the game. Football is the main sport here so more people watch that than cricket, not everyone will know about cricket, they may know a little about the game but most won't know much. I know a enough to understand things like the different types of spin bowling, batting shots, fielding positions, though I doubt that there would be more than a few million people in the UK that know that. I've heard the local leagues are thriving at the moment, in Lancashire they are at least.

 3. not as popular as it once was..what hasn't helped is the fact that it has gone from free to view tv and u now have to pay to watch it...........thats just not cricket!

 4. Cricket is indeed more popular in the sub-continent as compared to England !
