English As adn A2 (A levels) Theatre Studies was it a good course??

Hey,

has anyone on here done an A level in Theatre Studies??

if so was it difficult?? or fairly ok. Also what did it involve and did you enjoy it??

I did English Lit and Theatre Studies the first year they change to As and A2.  I loved theatre studies it was 40% theory, so different theatre practitioners, studying different types of acting etc and 60% was practical drama which was great fun.  It complimented English really well especially as we covered Shakespeare on both courses.  There was a lot of in depth long essay wring for both courses but this is exactly what you need if you are thinking of university.  Good Luck with you choices
