Alright, so I am doing an essay on the case study of Dora by Sigmund Freud and one of my sentences is:
"This manipulation caused by Freud not only applies to the various situations in which he tries to analyze, but also, to Dora herself"
Does this make sense? and how can I make it better?
Mainly what I am trying to say is that there are a variety of different situations in which Freud manipulates before analyzing (such as Dora's dreams, Dora's stories of what happened, Her father speaking to Freud, etc..) but he also tries to manipulate Dora herself. He feeds information to Dora with theories and a intriguing way which makes Dora believe him to be correct about her situation even though he may not be.
All help appreciated, Thanks
