English Guy Moving To Auckland?

I will be moving to auckland later this on my own i tend to stay in a shared house with other young people so just wanted to know where the best place is to stay in auckland i will be working in newmarket. Am 20 yrs old very sociable and like to have fun but be in a nice and safe area.

Grafton would also be good. It's half way between Newmarket and Downtown, and walking distance to both.

Newmarkets a great place 2 stay, but I reckon Auckland Centrals the best because your practically down the road from everything Uni, Shops, Library, Sky City, Britomart Train Station etc......but its up 2 u
