  1. I think you're trying to ask, "Are art professionals always helpful?" but the question itself does not make much sense.  Babelfish.com is a good translator.

  2. Are art professionals always helpful ?

    or

Are professionals of different arts always helpful?

    or

Is an art professional always helpful?

  3. Your sentence is : Do Arts Professionals are always Help-full?

It seems to me that you are becoming confused to take “Do”  and “Are”

We always use DO in Present Tense’s negative form & interrogative form which denotes the habit-showing actions that are not clearly defined or stated. For example: -

    Dogs bark at night.

    Do dogs bark at night?

    We see with our eyes.

Do we see with our eyes

    We hear with our ears.

We do not hear with our eyes.

    A cow gives us milk.

    I do not eat ( Subject + do/does not + verb + object )

    Do I eat? ( Do/does + subject + verb + object )

As you know 'Do' is plural, 'does' is singular. And 'Did' is past tense.

We do have fun, he does too. Yesterday, we all did.

    I does too???

Are means some thing “Be” : is, am are , was, were

So you can’t use Do in your this sentence, it will be

Are art professionals always helpful ?

I hope it would help you.
