English KS3 Sats Results 2008?

Question

Well, i got my ks3 sats results on Friday. In maths and science, i got a level 6.

But in English i got:

Writing: Level 6

Reading: Level 5

Total: Level 5.

I am so dissapointed in my self. :(

I thought i aced the reading test, but i didn't.

Anybody else with bad English results?

More than 20% didn't get the results (english).

I'm really pleased with my results, but to be honest with ya, sats don't really count for nothing except the gcse sets you go into and the school league tables (:

Plus I know people who got 5s in their ks3 sat but went on to get As in their gcse :D

awww, don't worry those marks are still great! apparently the average of the country was a level 5!

i haven't got my english test back yet so i have the anticipation over the summer and stress of worrying over it.
