English Premier League - Bolton still in for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-Vela-c8558
Bolton are still hoping that Arsene Wenger will allow Arsenal’s striker Carlos Vela to join the Lancashire club on loan. During the 2009-2010 season, Jack Wilshire joined Bolton on loan and returned as a massively improved player to the Gunners for the following
season. Wilshire’s improvement as a player further strengthens Bolton’s case. However, Wenger might be unwilling to part ways with his Mexican starlet, as Vela might be involved heavily in Arsenal’s first team squad once the F.A Cup matches resume alongside
the UEFA Champions League knockout stages.
Bolton Manager, Owen Coyle has not made a secret of Bolton’s ambitions to sign Vela as they also need some reinforcements in their striking department. Bolton’s game has changed a lot since Owen Coyle took over as their Manager last season, after the English
club parted ways with Gary Megson. The Wanderers have limited striking options at the moment, as they are banking on the enduring fitness levels of their target man, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Kevin-Davies-c20716. Vela’s arrival is sure to give them a dynamic option in attack due to the striker’s
clinical finishing ability as well as his pace.
Coyle stated in his latest interview that Bolton are doing all they can to capture Vela on a loan deal from Arsenal in the last few days of the winter transfer window. He said, "It's not rocket science to know that there are only a few days left of the window.
Certainly Arsenal and Arsene Wenger will make a decision on that in the next couple of days. I'm sure, as they always have been, they will be very courteous with us and we will be the first to know. If we get the green light then we will look to act upon it,
if not, there we go."
Bolton have been interested in their Premier League players as well, especially http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/James-Milner-c17706 at the Eastlands stadium. However, Bolton
are set to offer him a route out of the Manchester club with a sensational bid.
When Bolton’s Manager was asked about his club’s interest in Wright-Phillips, he replied, "We have been linked with a couple of players. It's fair to say we are looking to bring one or two in. We would love to add to the squad we have got. It would be naive
of me, though, to mention any other names. Carlos Vela has been mentioned because it has been well documented from the outset.” Bolton are set to face Wolverhampton Wanderers in their next league encounter on February 2nd, 2011.
