English Premier League – Half Time Review: Arsenal versus Chelsea (Part 1)
The match kicked off at frantic pace between the two London clubs as Arsenal pushed forward early on. The Gunners were stopped in their attack due to a bad foul on Koscielny. Chelsea were on the back foot for the first five minutes. Fabregas and Song, who
started the first half for Arsenal in the midfield area, did well against Lampard and co. as the two young midfielders controlled the tempo of the match.
In the 3rd minute of the match, Van Persie was released through on goal by Fabregas but the Dutch striker was in an offside position much to the dismay of Arsenal fans in the Emirates Stadium. Tackles were flying in the first fifteen minutes of
the encounter as http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Theo-Walcott-c34873 suffered a knee injury in the early period of the first half. However, the English winger ran the injury off as Arsene Wenger breathed a sigh of relief. In the 5th minute, Van Persie was on hand once again as this time
Nasri played the centre forward again. This time, it was Ivanovic who stopped the striker in his tracks.

the end. Arsenal rarely showed reluctance when it came to offense in the first ten minutes of the match but http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Didier-Drogba-c11044 tried his luck on goal in the 7th minute of the match but his shot was way off target.
In the 9th minute of the encounter, it was http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Petr-Cech-c29837 who judged the flight
of the ball perfectly. In the 10th minute of the first half, Chelsea once again pushed forward but this time Koscielny was once again on the spot to clear his team’s defensive lines as the Blues were forced to recreate their offensive momentum.
