English Premier League: Match Recap - Everton 2-1 Tottenham
Everton continued their good run in the English Premier League with an enthralling win against number 4 team Tottenham Hotspur at Goodison Park.
Seamus Coleman grabbed the all important match winner 15 minutes from time. The Dutch midfielder Rafael Van der Vaart was once again on the score sheet as he got Spurs level after Louis Saha had opened the scoring early on.
Both teams got numerous chances to win the match, but it was the home team that made them count. Everton displayed some quick awareness when it mattered to secure a hard fought win which moved them to 11th place in the league table.
