The English Premier League plays host to some of the best football the world has ever seen. Every year they are the favourites to win the Champions League, this is mainly due to the quality of players that the League produces. Over the years the Premier
League has given rise to numerous players including the likes of Thierry Henry, Eric Cantona, Wayne Rooney, Cesc Fabregas, Ryan Giggs, Frank Lampard, etc.
Some of those players have stayed in the Premier League, while some of them have left. The league has given rise to some legends over the past while there are numerous players who seem to be legends in the making. Some say the reason for the Premier League

Adam Johnson: Adam Johnson was bought by Manchester City in January last year. The player was brought into the star studded City squad from Championship side Middleborough. Most experts doubted the managers integrity when he made this purchase,
Johnson was brought into a team, that was overwhelmed with the world’s most expensive players, which is why the whole league had their eyes on the player from the very first time he touched the ball at the Eastlands.
However what came next was something that no one would have thought about, Johnson went on to prove to be just as good as anyone else who took the field with him. The player went from being one of the most unknown players, to being one of the most talked
about.
Johnson recently managed to earn himself a call up to the England international team. He missed out on the World Cup squad, but however ever since has been a regular starter in the teams qualifying campaign for the Euro 2012.
The player managed to score in both the qualifiers that the team has played so far against Bulgaria and Switzerland. The player is already cementing his position in the English side despite being in his early twenties.
Johnson is one of the most technically gifted players in the league. The player can play equally as good on either wing and can shoot just as good with either foot as well. He can easily beat a man or two with his dribbling and makes some tremendous off
the ball runs. He also has a very good final product which is something, not many English players can boast about.
Johnson is one of the most important players in a Manchester City side that is built around some of the most renowned players in the world.
Experts strongly believe that this will be the season, when Johnson finally goes global with his image. The player is just as good as any winger out there and has the consistency to take English all the way. Johnson could be the key to Manchester City finally
breaking into the top four, his contribution to the side could also help see them lift some silverware this season and break the barren run that City have had for nearly half century now.
