is anonymous an author? because in MLA format, they dont need an ", like wise, 2 needs the " because it is a title(only guessing)

3, you dont need to say that, and 4 looks good

all need to have page number instead of the year

If it is MLA citation, then it is the author's name, and the page number.  If it is APA, then it is number four.
