English channel swim?

Question

I am a member of a 7 person relay team that will attempt to swim the English channel soon.Would anybody have advice about seasickness,what to wear,to eat,what to expect,etc.Thanks.

WOW! Me & my Dad are thinking about swimming the channel within the next year, so i wish you a luck(:

i would just recommend those tablets you can get for motion sickness.. & for clothes on the boat something warm because the worst thing you want is to be cold when you get in the water & try and swim.  & in the water... lots and lots of grease(:

i think it will be a great experience and you should enjoy it!
