can u help me to correct the following text ? thxxxx

The text is about the discovery of the new continent australia by james cook. he describes the life of the aborigines on the new land.

In 1770, after Cooks first launch, he was resent to Australia on behalf of the British King in order to take possession of the eastern coast in Australia.

During his mission, Cook met some aborigines with whom he coulnt communicate at all. Thus He was forced to go back and stay on his boat to keep observing.

Although the tribe didnt seem to be as cultivated as they were, Cook was faszinated about their weapons and way to live

    During his mission, Cook met some Aborigines, but found he was unable to communicate with them. Consequently he was forced to go remain on on his ship, and observe them from there.

    Although the Aborigines did not seem to be as cultivated as they probably were, Cook was fascinated by their weapons and way of life.
