  1. Captain Robert Walton was on a journey to get to the North (i think it was the North) Pole. Both Walton and Victor shared a clear and dangerous thirst for knowledge, and both were willing to make sacrifices to achieve their goals, so that could be the human nature taking a part. Also, Victor, being the creator of the monster, abandoned him, even though he could have been classed as a father to him. He didn't accept the responsibility of being a parent to the monster, or when the monster got loose, and didn't try to help him at all. That again could be classed as the human nature part, but also how Victor is the real monster. Hope it helped a little bit - just got a GCSE A grade in English and I did an essay on Frankenstein so I'm not off the mark I don't think lol it's still quite fresh in my head. Good luck x*x
