England fast bowler Graham Onions is back to full fitness after a back injury

got the better of him as he underwent a major surgery last year.
Onions is a brisk fast bowler who has the ability to skid through a batsman’s defense. He has played eight Test matches so far for England in which he has taken 28 wickets at an average of 31.03. http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Durham-c782 fast bowler made a name for himself during the Ashes
2009 when he played an important role for England in regaining the Urn.
Fast bowler admitted that he went through a lean period both physically and mentally as he was disheartened because of the injury and felt that he might never be able to play for his country again.
28-year-old cricketer said that he is fit once again and has recovered well from the back injury. Onions said, "I'm fit and ready to go. It was my first major surgery, your back's very important and all the force and weight that goes through it is massive,
so after the surgery I had no doubt I was going to be fine, but then you realize six months is a long time and there's a lot of hard work to be done.
He added that he has done well for England in past and after achieving full fitness he is raring to make a comeback at the international level. Onions feels that luck is a huge factor at the highest level of the game but said that he has the potential to
make a difference in the English lineup.
"I want to play for England again, that is in the back of my mind. I did some good things for England, and overall I played pretty well. Sometimes I didn't get the results I deserved, but that's international cricket. But one thing I do believe is that when
I'm fit and strong I will get back in that side and can make a big difference,” Onions added.
