Sorry but my French isn't good enough to give you a worthy answer in French but there is a story about when Britain joined the common market and in a meeting there was a problem where they needed a Fremch translator.

The question was asked "Is there anyone who speaks perfect French and English?" and one British minister apparently answered "Je"................
