  1. "he is definitely on individual whose star has yet to shine as brilliantly and lustrously as never seen before"

  2. He is definitely one individual

whose star has yet to shine as brilliantly and

as lustrously as never before seen

Either way it sounds unwieldy and unpoetic and turdy.

  3. should be "as never seen before"

  4. I would rephrase thus:

Definitely his star has yet to shine more brilliantly and lustrously than before.

    Edit:

I think Joe Blake's answer is better. The range of answers here shows how you can convey the same meaning in many different ways. This is one of the characteristics of English.

  5.    cassiiie     is absolutely right, ".....never seen before."

  6. "He is definitely one individual whose star will shine with incomparable brilliance and luster."  This sounds better :)

You can search for synonyms of "unique" if you don't want to use "incomparable."  xo

  7. He is definitely one individual whose star has yet to shine as brilliantly and lustrously as ever seen before.

  8. He is an individual whose star has yet to shine.

    or

He is a person who has yet to achieve his full potential.

    or

His full potential has yet to be acheived.

I hope this helps, keep everything simple.
