1. Fallacy of irrelevance. What does the flavor being popular in prison have to do with you enjoying it now?

2. Appeal to popularity- you're trying to make the person feel like s/he will continue to be superior to others by buying your product

3. ad hominem- you're prejudiced against the word of the witness based on a preconceived notion about people with their appearance or lifestyle choice.
