  1. Because the school is international, the students spoke english inside and outside the classroom

  2. Well, i would say;

    In the International school, students spoke english both inside and outside the classroom.

  3. You do have a change of tense error in the sentence. You go from past tense to present- that is the error.

    "Outside and inside the classroom, students speak English because the school is International."

    or

    "Outside and inside the classroom, students spoke English because the school was International."

    Hope I helped!

  4. how abuout

    Students spoke english inside and outside at an international school.

  5. Spoke is past tense that makes me think the word "is" should actually be "was".  Also i think the "e" in "english" should be a capital letter.

    But I wouldn't take my word for it because the silly Microsoft grammar check reckons the sentence is fine.

    Go with what you think sounds right.

  6. It's fine if the school is still international but the current students don't speak English in both those situations. Otherwise, pick either past or present.

    Also, I prefer "inside and outside" but that can't be a rule.

  7. Its wrong.

    I think it should be, "In the international school, students spoke English both inside and outside the classroom."

  8. Hmm...you could try "Both outside and inside the classroom, the students spoke english because the school was international.

    Good luck
