English homework help?!?

Question

Ok my homeworks confusings me.

it's prefixes but like some I just don't understand.I have a whole front and back to it as well :(

but here's an example of one I don't understand

Prefix:A(an) Meaning:without,not

Prefix:Ante Meaning:before.

and I have alot like those and im real confused

I need atleast 2 examples for each prefix.

A means not, like Asexual, meaning non-sexual or Atypical meaning non-typical. Ante means before like the AnteBellum period of architecture.

hmm...

ante can also be used as it is in AM

AM stands for the latin ante meridium

meaning: before noon (which is am...)
