  1. that is more of a snooker cue than pool cue. pool cues are usually chunky as the balls are bigger. but you will be able to get good spin and accurate play with that cue. No routine, just practice by yourself trying to pot them in a specific order.

  2. Hi.The first fella must think english pool uses an american style table and balls. It doesn't. English pool has smaller balls than snooker.

They are snooker cues, but they look fine.

The main things are that they are made of ash,and the tip is a nice size for english pool.Between 8mm and 10mm are the usual size used by decent players.

A good practise session for me goes like this:

Play a frame (play any ball in any order) without taking time to aim (just play to get a nice rhythm).

Second frame i start to aim and concentrate on only swinging cue from the elbow, staying still and staying down til the cueball hits the object ball (still any ball in any order).

Third frame i start playing a nice open potting game to my usual league rules.

Fourth frame i play a proper game, playing one set of balls in an attacking way,and the other set in a tactical way.

  3. No those are ash snooker cues but you could play with them

Practice is practice  no matter if you live in Borneo
