Rather than saying &quot;for whole school year,&quot; I would say &quot;for the year&quot;.  Also, if you say &quot;the students,&quot; it sounds like you are talking about a specific group of students, so you may just want to say &quot;students,&quot; without the &quot;the.&quot;

I&#039;m just nitpicking.  Your English seems very good and your councilor would have had no problem understanding you either way.  The biggest problem I found was actually in your explenation.  It should have been &quot;I would like to ask my counsellor this question next week,&quot; but again this is just a detail and I had no trouble understanding what you meant. :)

you should divide your questions:

1. Can the students use the the school computers?

then, if he/she replies that the school does provide computers for the student to use, then you can ask.

2. What is the procedure for using the school computers? Do I need to take permission from anybody?
