  1. I'm telling you: is like "That is for sure" eg. Oh, I am telling you, she is definetly beautiful."

Your telling me : its like "I completley agree!"

    You don't say: means "really?"

  2. im telling you-   he thinks he knows for sure and wants to make sure you understand his point

your telling me - the person is in disbelief, they cant believe somone would do somthing like that and they are kind of skeptical.

you dont say - i would have never thought, i didnt expect that or it could be irony in which case it means the opposite

  3. im telling you: i know what im talking about, this is how it is.

Your telling me: like they agree with that statment big time

you dont say: is really? is that so? or, it could be used as a sarcastic  response.

  4. i'm telling you- they are trying to tell the other person that they are right

you're telling me- usually wow i did not know that

you don't say- really? or the same as you're telling me

  5. in what language?

"I'm telling you" is proving a point. Like, person A is making person B listen to something he's saying.

"You're telling me" might be person B repeating what person A is saying, just to make sure he heard correctly.

"You don't say." Kind of sarcastic, usually said without paying attention to what's actually being said.

I hope you could understand those explanations.

  6. I'm telling you--in other words it could be like I want you to know, I need you to know, you need to know...

You're telling me--in other words this could be said as "So what you are saying is....". The phrase "you're telling me" is similar to "I'm telling you".

You don't say--could be "no kidding!" "really?" "are you serious?"

I hope this helps! After typing this answer I realize how difficult the English language is!

    I'm telling you.  ÃƒÂ£Ã‚‚‚う言ってるだろう。

    あるいは:

    「聞いてくれよ。」とか、「本当だよ!」など

    You're telling me.  ÃƒÂ£Ã‚‚‚う知ってるんだ。(「君が悪い者じゃん」という意味もある。)

    あるいは:

    「同感だ。」という意味である。

    You don't say.  ÃƒÂ¦Ã‚œÂ¬Ã¥Â½Â“?まじ?(だいたい皮肉の感じがある。)
