  7. As any AmeriKan tourist can tell you... if you are in a foreign country and walk up to any of the locals and SHOUT IN THEIR FACE LOUDLY ENOUGH...they will immediately understand English.

Any of the present or former colonies of England have the most Engilsh speaking people... except in AmeriKa where they "talk Amerikan"... not to be confused with the "Mother Tongue".

  8. Not too sure what an 'AmeriKan' is.

  11. Hello,

There are an abundance of countries at present who speak english but you know with their own accent. here is to name a few

    Britian,America, Africa, Asia ...etc

    Hope i helped you out.

  12. U.S., England, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, in the Caribbean and uhh...actally, I think in most places, people speak English.

  13. This depends on the definition of "English" and also "most people".

English as we know it is spoken in the USA, England, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.

Lots of people speak English in China, South Korea, Japan  and India for business reasons although that of course is not their native language.

From here things get complicated because in many places for example in Jamaica and lots of various parts of Africa people do speak English in some cases as we know it (usually with an English accent) or they may very well speak pidgin english which can vary widely from english as we know it to something we can not even comprehend. Then general rule is the more rural the area the less it is going to sound like english as we know it. I once visited Jamaica and in the rural areas they may as well been speaking a different language because although this was technically "english" I could not understand any of it!
