depends on which country / language that u hv.  if your english is good - then its ok.  

from your name - u r probably algerian?  

british uni are abt the same as usa.  usa is slightly more easier in the sense that initiative / free thinking is allowed more than in uk.  uk - fees are higher.  scholarships r few.  its the opposite in usa.  usa is now the centre of learning.
