could Anybody translate the following into simple and understandable english for younger audience??

Nobility is often misinterpreted as the perk that comes down with a noble heritage.

But seldom do people know that on illusive system of the society keeps a watch on the moral and legal etiquette followed by them. It is susceptible to the whims and fancies of them that wield nobility. The concept of justice can run amok, if not seriously looked into.

Nobility should be an epitome of corrupted free life. Civilians look up to the nobles to uphold justice.

People often think nobility is something in genetics that can be passed from generation to generation, but they are wrong. Few people know that it is all an illusion created by mankind. The idea of etiquette can be twisted and shaped into whatever people want it to be. Justice can turn bad if good people don't uphold it.

Nobility should actually be something without corruption, that uphold the law and follow all etiquette. Other people should look up to this sort of real nobility.

Nobility is often mistaken for an inherited characteristic of aristocrats. Rarely do people realize that normal citizens keep these noble aristocrats in check by monitoring them and holding them as examples on how to behave.

Translation:

Alot of people think that nobility is just a perk from being in a family that is noble.

But many people don't know that the system that made them noble is run by other people who watch them to learn what is right and wrong.  Because of this "follow the noble guy" idea, justice can be just as bad as what the noble say it is.  

So non-noble people learn what is just and fair through the noble.
