Engraving Ideas Needed?

Question

I'm ordering a silver pen for my dad for Father's day and I'd like some ideas as to what I should engrave on the pen.

I'd like to put his name or Initials and then a little saying.

I get two lines of 22 characters

His name takes up 16 characters

I'm thinking.....

His Name

Faith Hope & Love

Does anyone else have any ideas.

Lol, it's corny but I use that Star Trek line on everything - live long and prosper.  If he's a trekkie fan, it might just work.  To be honest, he'll probably love it, whatever you put on it, just because of the thought that's gone into it :-)

Father is English for "Love"

or if its a nice pen... you can say

A perfect pen for a perfect dad....

Shouldn't that be between you and your father. Why would you want something generic from people who know nothing about the 2 of you?
